We just purchased our first travel trailer from Hoppers. Zack and Tony guided us to the camper that fit our needs by letting us know there was a camper coming in a few days that was more fitting to our requests. They did not try to talk us into something that we didn't want. When we were on their lot, browsing, Zach was there to answer questions but did not shadow our every move, so my husband and I could comfortably talk with no pressure. When we went back to the lot to view the camper that they put on hold just for us (wasn't available to anyone before we decided if we wanted it or not), Tony was very thorough and patient with all of our "rookie" questions. Throughout this entire process before signing paperwork, I had tons of text messages and calls from them. GREAT COMMUNICATION. After signing papers, they personally delivered the camper to where we wanted it (temporary location) set it up and almost refused to leave until they knew we were comfortable. Not only that, they offered to haul it to it's final destination the next week. (Already had our money, we paid in full). Made us promise that we will call or text with any questions or concerns, for infinity. The day after they brought it over, Zach texted asking if we were ok. And more checking on us after that! I will always be a customer of theirs, and probably now a friend! Hard to come by. 100% recommended.
